The Sagecrest LTAC Hospital is a 60 bed facility complete with departments for physical therapy, dialysis, pharmacy and dietary support. The administrative facilities include conference rooms, patient interview rooms and a chapel.

Dietary services includes a kitchen for patient meal preparation and a cafeteria for guest dining.
